We had so much snow that we were actually able to build a snow man that lasted several days.

Sofia has come to love playing in the snow. Her Papa and her had made a tunnel and also enjoy playing with the slide. La Abue joined them and had a lot of fun too!

This is how our yard and swings have drowned in snow! We normally don't get that much snow... but someone must have prayed for a white Christmas and here it is! We are thankful for the snow, but that is it. No more please!

Gift Exchange 2008

We enjoyed very much having our friends over to celebrate Christmas and laughed a lot with the gift exchange. We would like to thank all of our friends who came, brought amazing food to share and helped us have a great time. See you next year!

Our first turkey ever!

We literally 'ended up' with a turkey, so we decided to be brave and cook our first turkey ever. It was a success and we enjoyed very much sharing it with our friends at our traditional Christmas Gift Exchange.

Decorating for Christmas

After so many years Mama's family got together to decorate our house for Christmas. We had a lovely time.
