Pavel's visit

We spent a lovely weekend with Pavel, it was very nice to see him again after so long!

 

The Peak District

We spent a weekend in the beautiful Peak District, we visited Castleton, and you won't believe it, but Chris found a place to go hiking in England!


It is not very visible, butin the picture below there is a castle on the hill above the town, well, the ruins of one. We visited it and enjoyed spectacular views from it, like the one in the picture above... then we walked up the hill in front of it.

The Hot Springs in Greece

We really enjoyed our time at these gorgeous natural hot springs near the ocean. Sofia loved them too, the water was warm and nice and it is supposed to heal all ills, or at least many of them, so we are all cured!!!!!!!!!

The streets of Greece

I fell in love with these beautiful 'casitas'. I wish I could put them all up on our wall. We bought two 'casitas' for our collection though, the neighbourhood keeps growing!

Greece, Kos Island

Only an hour boat ride from Turkey is the Greek Island of Kos. We decided to go for this adventure and get more stamps on our passports! In the above picture, you can see a tree where it is believed that the Father of Medicine, Hippocrates, would lecture.


This is a beautiful church that we visited, the inside was AMAZING, so beautiful!

Gumusluk and Rabbit Island

This is Gumusluk, a beautiful Turkish village on the coast. Here we ate a very delicious fresh fish at the restaurant you can see at the end. Then we walked to Rabbit Island, just as you can see people doing so on the picture.
