Los Gallos in Reading!
September was a beautiful month for us; the weather was nice, we had the opportunity to visit several gardens and National Trust properties, but the highlight of the month was the visit of our very good friends Silvia and Dario. We have to say to them: Thank you for dropping by!

We had to receive them with cream tea, yummy! Oh well the Guatemalan place mat doesn't match...
And ofcourse, we went to a bar to have the traditional Sunday roast and beer.

Great trip! Great hosts! Other memorable places/moments: that Sunday roast, in Winchester; the Royal Pavillion in Brighton; Windsor Castle; Bath (my, how refreshing...) plus Lacock; Oxford (I feel smarter already!), and the 2 consecutive day trips to London. As you can recall, the major highlight of my stay (other than Sunday Mass in those gorgeous churches: Reading & Bath), was the home game -with Chris- against Manchester United! After witnessing a historical 1-goal draw, I'll be sure to wish Reading FC's "Blue Army" all the best in the FA's Premiership. GO ROYALS GO!!!
